Slap Yo Mama Buffalo Dip

Below are two variations of this recipe. The first is the recipe as Klassic Habit created it in all of its glory!! The second recipe is my variation of the recipe based on what I had available along with the need to feed a family of four. Either Way, you will Enjoy this Recipe!!

The is a very flexible recipe. First, you can adjust the ingredients to your liking and Second this is a great party dip, or side dish or even the main meal for dinner. The first time we made this it was our main meal and we used pork rinds in place of chips to eat this.

 

**Note: No matter how good a recipe is we do not condone slapping yo mama!! :p **

-Klassic Habit Recipe: Ingredients: -1 whole original shredded rotisserie chicken (not pre-seasoned). -1 block of cream cheese (8 ounces, cut in pieces). -2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (we used @kraft.naturalcheese triple cheddar Vermont -cheddar, sharp cheddar, and mild cheddar). -1 cup of hot sauce (we used the original Franks Redhot). -1/2 cup of ranch dressing (we used Hidden Valley Ranch) -1/8 teaspoon of Select Savory Seasonings Ranch'tastic Seasoning -Spices to taste (we used Redmond Real Salt and Caribeque Chicken Rub). -2 tablespoons of melted butter. _ Directions: -Preheat oven to 350F.

-Combine rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and melted butter in a skillet. Add spices of your choice to the mixture and cook on medium for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

-Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese.

-Bake for 20 minutes.

-Top with ranch seasoning.

-Allow to cool.

 
 
 

_Creative Keto Cook Variation:

Ingredients:

-2 whole original shredded rotisserie chicken (not pre-seasoned).

-1 block of cream cheese (8 ounces, cut in pieces).

-2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

-1 cups of shredded Gouda Cheese (or shredded Parmesan if Gouda is not available)

-1 cup of Franks Redhot Original or Buffalo Sauce

-1/2 cup of homemade ranch dressing:

-1/2 cup of sour cream, 2 TBSP Heavy Cream and 1 TBSP of Ranch'tastic Seasoning all

blended together in a blender or with a stick blender

-1/8 teaspoon of Select Savory Seasonings Ranch'tastic Seasoning

-Spices to taste (Select Savory Seasonings Sea Salt Fine and Select Savory Seasonings Smoked Sweet Paprika).

-2 tablespoons of melted butter.

Directions:

-Preheat oven to 350F.

-Combine rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and melted butter in a skillet. Add spices of your choice to the mixture and cook on medium for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

-Transfer mixture to a casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle on the Smoked Sweet Paprika.

-Bake for 20 minutes.

-Top with ranch seasoning.

-Allow to cool.

-Serve and Enjoy!!
