Ranch'tastic Hollandaise Sauce
This makes an Excellent Dip or drizzled on Eggs, Burgers, Steak and Veggies!!
Ingredients:
-One complete log of Ranch Compound Butter
-Three egg yolks
Instructions:
-Beat the three egg yolks
-Melt the Ranch Compound Butter (about 1 minute in the microwave until hot)
-Slowly add that to the egg yolks making sure it thickens after each butter addition.
-Serve and Enjoy! It is Good hot or cold
